Kimla Aluminum Processing
First in the world high-speed large scale milling router on linear motors for aluminum sheets. The system is built on a magnetic backlash-free drive system, which allows for perfect edge quality of the cut and no wear and tear even after many years of operation. The machine has a special soundproof safety enclosure. The Router is also equipped with a special sliding suction foot for extracting aluminum chips. The machining process is absolutely dust and chip-free. which means you don't have to clean the parts after milling which saves lots of time and makes the machine even more efficient.
Kimla Steel Processing
We present our new, large-format CNC gantry milling machine, designed for efficient milling of steel elements. The machine is equipped with a 25 kW spindle with a rotational speed of up to 20,000 RPM, and the body is made of cast iron. The device operates under the control of the KIMLA control system, equipped with CAD/CAM/NEST/CNC modules. The standard table size is 2100x3100 mm, other formats are also available.
